Please inspect items immediately when received. Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.



  • All returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
  • Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Contact us for a RAN# (Return Authorization Number) and specify your reason for return. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your RAN#.
  • Returned items must be in brand new condition.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • No returns are allowed on special order items.

  • Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order.



There is a 30% restocking fee for all retuned items.  This includes packages not signed for during delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier.  We contact all customers whos packages are retuned to us by the courier if the package was not accepted during delivery.  If you, the customer, no longer want the products reshipped to you and would like to cancel that order, we can reimburse for the cost of all items in that order less 30% and cost of shipping.  Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you, no refund will be given and the package will be retuned to you.  Customers are always responsible for cost of shipping returned items.


Customers who are asked to return items for RAN issues, return for refund, or replacement, must return items within 7 Days from the day we approve any RAN, return, or replacement process.  Failure to do so, will void your return.  Those packages will be sent back to you, or denied for acceptace during delivery.



  1. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued by AUTOFASHIONUSA when the returned item has been received in satisfactory and unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once we receive the item(s) back from the original customer.  Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase.  Refunds will ONLY be given at our discretion.  Items returned for a refund are subject to a 30% restocking fee. (Items that qualify for a refund must be approved by us before the product is returned.  If the product falls under a category that is on our unapproved return list due to sanitary reasons, those products can not be returned for any reason, regardless if the product is unused).
