I have a Mondeo Titanium TDCI. Will this reduce the delay from brake to throttle. It appears that Ford have a built in delay with their ECU to limit throttle after braking.

I am driving a 2010 Honda Insight now. My previous car was a 2008 Chevy Equinox and both of these vehicles bugged me with the drive by wire sensitivity. I first observed a tendency to surge when creeping along @ 15 mph observing school zones with patches of rough pavement. No effort on my part could prevent this. Honda refuses to take my complaint seriously and has said if I'm not concerned about a safety issue, there is nothing they can do. Tuning info or any explanation about the components is also not forth coming on this "Proprietary" equipment.
