Airrunner Suspension

The predecessor of Advanced Car Culture (ACC) was founded in 1978 in Hyogo Japan by Shozo Okamoto. At the time, the company was named “Tire Service Fukusaki” and focused on sales and service of wheels and tires. In 1990, the company began importing aluminum wheels and hydraulic parts. In order to expand the business, more branches of the store were added and the acquisition of a large factory was made in order to efficiently commence research and development.

In 1997 the company was reorganized as the ACC Corporation. The following year, ACC developed its first air suspension system based on knowledge and expertise accumulated over the years. In 1999, the newly developed air suspension was presented at the Tokyo Auto Salon. This new suspension later evolved to what is now known today as “AIR RUNNER.” Following the many favorable responses to the product, the company began to sell it on the domestic Japanese market under the name of “AIR BOMBER.”

Since inception, ACC has launched products of the highest quality and safety onto the market. In addition, ACC has strategically partnered with suppliers from world-famous, highly reliable, manufacturers such as Firestone, Bridgestone, and KYB. In 2003, ACC USA was established as the first step in promoting the brand both in the USA and globally.

The kit comes with everything you’ll ever need for the install. It comes with all the struts made specifically for each vehicle, the compressor, air tank, valves, gauges, switches, and the ever so important air line. They even include a handy hose cutter that makes it easier to cut straight ends of the airline to provide proper fitting. Each component of the system is meticulously constructed to ensure proper fitment and overall quality. For those that don’t want manual switches for their setup, Airrunner also has Digital upgrades and Wireless Remote kits available to people that want it. Installation is just as easy. With detailed, step-by-step instructions designed for your vehicle, installing becomes simply a days work.

Airrunner uses quality products to ensure that the ride is as smooth as any other. One of the main components of this is the Firestone bellows bags patented. These Firestone Bellow bags are constructed to have excellent durability. The Firestone bags tend to go on vehicles that have the MacPherson setup, such as a Chrysler or a Scion. While focusing on quality, Airruners sleeve airbag using Bridgestones provide similar design to that of an OEM Lexus air suspension. With this setup, Airrunner ensures the highest possible riding quality. To attain such excellent riding quality for each type of vehicle, KYB dampers are used. Along with the KYB setup, Airrunner has also included a 4-way dampening system to even further allow the customer to setup how soft or hard they want there suspension to be.
