Eibach Meet 2010
May 21, 2010 by Special K
Going from an all Toyota meet to an all Honda meet is a giant change of scenery. The annual Eibach meet, where almost every Honda head gathers to every year here in lovely SoCal, just happened and AutoFashion was on hand playing music for everyone to enjoy. Thanks again to Dj A1 and Rolondo for spinnin for us during the event, couldn’t ask for anything more.
We brought the 2 AF integras that we’re in the process of still building. They aren’t the flashiest or the trendiest or the most “hellaflush/hellacambered” cars out there, but they’re both super dope in there own right and has just the right amount of flavor to be unique.
Building a Honda to be unique is a hard task for just about anyone. So many fake kits, fake wheels, fake parts, etc. run rampant through this scene. But every so often there are cars that go beyond the others and just do there car justice. For example, Big Mikes prelude. You just can’t touch that thing. It’s unique in every sense of the word and i don’t see any other prelude that can match up to his, at least not anytime soon. Also of course, my personal favorite of the show, the Laguna Seca blue s2k. Sure, it has the same kit as like 6 other s2k’s that were there, but his car/color/wheel combo is just perfect to me and i wouldn’t mind driving that car. None at all.
After walking around literally hundreds and hundreds of Hondas, I’m glad we were there. Not just to enjoy the Honda scene in it’s current form, but also to support our friends that were, catch up with them after so long and just enjoy something new that we don’t often get to experience. Thanks again to everyone who stopped by the booth and said hello. We appreciate all your support.
FYI – To some Honda drivers… please stop being douches. Your cars trying to run me off the road, or cutting me off with literally no space in front of me and then zooming off to end up right back in front of me no less than 10 seconds later. Yah, fuck you. There’s absolutely NO reason to be doing this. Your the reason the honda scene gets such a bad rep. All you needed to do was exit and go to the meet. Next time, please think about the lives you’re endangering with your reckless stupidity that really has no gain other than you wasting gas and acting a fool.

I have always loved your coverage of events! Finally found pictures of my car (Turbo GPW S2000 w/ SE37K’s). You guys have some great shots of ALL the cars. Keep up the great work! See you at the next event!
