Happy Birthday Freddie… Freddie it’s your birthday!
July 21, 2009 by Special KFreddie, Mr. Autofashion for those that don’t know, is a special person to most of us. He’s a teacher, mentor and way above that of a friend. The least that we could do is to at least celebrate the man’s birthday! So that’s exactly what we did. One of Freddie’s favorite foods is almost anything Japanese, especially sushi. So 14 of us gathered together at an all you can eat Sushi place over in Mission Viejo, CA called Zenko Sushi.

While it’s a bit small for HUGE groups, it was able to accommodate all 14 of us so we can sit together . We began to order our food and everything started coming out quickly. Tons of sushi was ordered and each piece just as good as the next. At the end, Freddie was presented with gifts. He ended up with some money and alcohol, which he was happy with as he’s the hardest person to find gifts for, trust me. Overall it was a fun dinner with friends and family.
The next day however, we had birthday dinner again, only because Freddie is too cool and can’t have just 1 birthday dinner. We ate dinner at Bennigans with some friends and family that weren’t there at the sushi dinner the night before. Bennigans food was good as usual and we had fun just hanging out and enjoying each others company. But the night didn’t end at Bennigans.
We ended up at one of our friends house for the remainder of the night. We drank… a lot, or at least Freddie did haha. We played card games, some other more embarrassing games, and pretty much just drank til 3am. It was an interesting night to say the least. But to make it even more perfect, was the fact that we ended the night/morning with Tosilog! For those that don’t know, it’s Tosino, eggs and rice. Ask any Filipino about it, it’s the BEST thing to eat at any time of the day.
Once again, from all of us, we wish you, Freddie, a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY you proud 38yr old! (he’s not really 38… people just didn’t know hahaha)
